  First, you have to understand that this radio has no display screen BUT...it makes up for that in other ways. MUCH longer battery life, exceptional transmission/reception and once you've read instruction booklet, it's very easy to understand that you can switch channels by clicking up or down, and an actual voice confirms which channel you're on. Great purchase.
