  We bought this excavator for our 5th birthday. When he unwrapped his present yesterday, the excavator wasn't working. The lights on the joystick and the excavator come on, but there doesn't seem to be any contact between the two.
  
  Following our negative feedback, the seller contacted us and offered us a refund or a new excavator. We are completely satisfied with the service received. The new one worked properly! We recommend it!
