    Purchased dec. 25 2024 and since april 2025 the enclose keeps disconnecting to a point where i can no longer watch anything on my hdd. I purchased a second one and it works really well without any problems at all. I have 2 more enclosure from Ugreen but a little different and those work great. Maybe the one i got is just defective. I love Ugreen products but this one was a waste of $40.
    UGreen reached out to me and helped in finding a solution to the problem. Nice to see a good company stand behind their products and actually care about their customers. Thank you
