  FOLLOW the very clear instructions, including gathering the tools to install properly beforehand guys!!!
  It saves time and effort (taken me 74 years to finally learn this clearly).
  
  After following the instructions, the install went quickly (in my case drywall/stud wall). Very pleased with the result, ease of install and performance. Being on the west coast of BC, and awaiting the long overdue 'big one' earthquake, I figured the stupid 'security tie downs' for a big screen tv just wouldn't provide any 'shake' protection. Will it work with a 9.0+ earthquake? No idea, but I'll report back after it happens.
