  I bought this pan according to the reviews. I've never been so misled. This fry pan only maintains one heat high. The plug never stays plugged in so is constantly not registering heat. The dial is horrible with no guidance. Basically it is absolutely useless and I have already given it to charity. Use it twice absolutely misleading information for a pan that doesn't stay connected and only maintains one heat which is high if you are lucky and plug connects.
