  The cuff is fine, it's the stethoscope that is lacking. I can't hear my pulse in it unless I have inflated the cuff - and then it's not sensitive to hear exactly when the pulse comes back.
  Do yourself a favour: get a cuff set that doesn't come with a stethoscope and buy that separately.
  Edit to add: I saw a bunch of reviews here saying the cuff is too big. I thought "It does say it's a large". This is incorrect. I use a large at the dr's office, I have 13" biceps. This cuff is an EXTRA large. When I try to put this cuff on, I miss the velcro entirely.
