  The toaster oven was horrible and was replaced by a different brand (at a lower cost) within weeks. It did not toast evenly, took an extremely long time to toast or bake (a half-baked frozen loaf of bread would take 30+min to bake compared to 17-20min on other toaster ovens), and toasting would make food soggy rather than crispy (buttery croissants or naan would get soggy as if microwaved rather than flakey or "toasted" in other toaster ovens).
