  Since I have been taking the product, my weight is down 2 pounds and I have lost some of the stubborn fat from under my arms and an inch from my hips. I am thrilled! Easy to swallow, no after taste. But I do not take until I know that I am going to have a meal within the hour. My experience has been not to take with a strong cup of coffee. One day, it made me feel queasy, but since I have stopped taking it with coffee, all is good. One before meals seems to work for me. I am actually sleeping better which is also a bonus. I feel this product is excellent and the product support is second to none. I am looking forward to continuing results in the future. Thank you for an excellent and safe product!
