  Bought in May 2023 and thought it was going to be a good replacement. It fit perfect but worked like crap even this year. I could not cut 4 inches of grass without blades slowing down and that is with new blades and belt. Same again this year but after almost completing first cut I tried crawling thru 4foot weeds and melted the belt to clutch and the deck also needed repair at same time so it finally got fixed. While removing melted belt from pulley I thought why is there paint on the pulley and removed this and I confirmed this with a old racecar driver. I put it all ack together yesterday and it was like having a new machine and 4 foot weeds were no match for the mower again.
