  I bought this to protect my houseplants from my cat, and I've since added herbs and greens as well. I like how easy it is to remove and replace shelves, to accommodate plant growth. I even converted the bottom shelf into a book shelf to stabilize it, and took some of the shelves off to act as a barrier to my cat that allows better air circulation. All in all, it is great in allowing me to grow plants indoors and keeping my cat out of them.
