  Motor works as it should and description clearly indicates you will have to splice the wires in order to use original plug. This is a very minor issue and makes a much less costly repair when compared to buying the complete assembly from OEM. The only reason for the 3 star rating is product picture is shown with capacitor which indicates it is included, mine came without. Reading the reviews indicate some have it included and some do not.
