    Purchased the Elgato HD60 S+ expecting a brand-new product, but received a unit in non-original packaging that appeared to be previously returned. This was very disappointing for a high-quality and premium-priced item. The product itself might be great, but such issues with packaging and quality control make it hard to recommend. Returned immediately and would advise caution when purchasing.
