It arrived on time, and the packaging appeared to be undamaged. Unpacking the smoker revealed a dent at the intersection of the top and side. In that the item is so big and heavy I figured I could live with the dent. Ounce the weathered, in southern BC warmed up to enable cooking outdoors I attempted to complete the conditioning procedure but as soon as I pressed the on button I received a loud beeping and an error code indicating a problem with the Smoke Generator. Contact with the Bradley support got instructions to check for binding wires at the motor. I checked this out and it was not the problem. They offered to send a new motor, expecting me to fix this unit myself. I payed in access of $600 for this smoker and they expect me to fix their malfunctioning product. I have received a new Smoke Generator and will update this review after I have tried it.
