  Overall, I like this little coffee maker. It is perfect for when you only drink the occasional cup of coffee and/or don't need to make full pots of coffee. The only downside is that because there are no coffee filters needed, the water doesn't steep in the grounds for longer (as when using a regular-sized coffee maker which uses filters) then the coffee is not as strong. Therefore, I use about twice as much coffee grounds to get the same strength and flavour. Also I like the reusable filter, it rinses off well and hasn't stained too badly after a couple of months of using it. The cup provided is not high quality and doesn't keep the coffee hot for long but this is not a drawback for me as I drink the coffee right away at home (I don't use it as a travel mug).
