  I bought this BP monitor about a year ago and wanted to see how it performs before I write a review. Now that I've had it for a while, I can report that it has exceeded my expectations, considering that had bought cheaper ones in the past.
  
  My doctor was willing to indulge me and compare this one with his office BP monitor and I was very happy with the results which were comparably accurate. I noticed that some people reported that it was inaccurate which baffles me and it is possible that it may not be making proper contact with the wrist.
  
  The wrist band should always be placed snug just above the protruding wrist bone (pisiform bone). Inaccurate and erratic BP readings occur often when the wrist band is in the wrong position.
  
  This device is easy to use and, since I take my readings twice a day, I find myself replacing batteries about every 4-5 months. Not bad at all. I even contacted the company to assist in registering the warranty and they were very helpful.
  
  This was definitely worth paying a bit more for.
