  These are thicker than the ziploc freezer bags but not much bigger. I thought it was a zipper for the top closing but it's exactly like the ziploc bags just a press closure. It worked fine for my trip and it seem to hold a bit when you use the travel size products, but you can't over stuff the bag due to the closure. Will see how long they last.
