  cheap when on sale not all will like the flavor in your family, better quality then the local stores. has a strong aroma, maybe slightly bitter taste, but with a lot of sweeteners it will taste very good. i think its good for your heath in general. i only use natural powders now not vitamins they are all synthetic, made out of petroleum, stuff that you run your car on. spent a fortune on vitamins in my life never seen one benefit from them in 30 years. so buy natural health powders you wont see results over night but they wont hurt you and fill you with petroleum toxins and chemicals.
