The massager offers 3 features - kneading, vibration, and heat 鈥 with 3 intensity levels for each of the features. These features can be used individually or in combination. I found the machine quiet, comfortable, and easy to use. I am happy with the purchase of this massager for my rehab after my knee replacement surgery. Because of the compact size, I can take it with me when I travel.聽The original 12-month warranty can be extended to 3 years by registering online within 60 days of purchase.
