  I don't have any means to properly measure how accurate this device is but it seems correct. It's very easy to use with instant read temperatures and the setting to disable the red pointer is a great addition. It easily swaps between lit and unlit and between celcius and fahrenheit with a single click. The handle is comfortable and I love the texture they chose for the material. The trigger and buttons have a nice audible click and don't get stuck. Great product.
