    Finally!! I found something to cure my Plantar Fasciitis. It’s been two years of severe pain and discomfort to the point of not being able to even walk properly. I’ve purchased so much from 鶹 to try and fix this issue and didn’t give up. The only thing is you have to be consistent and do your stretches in between to give yourself relief. Both the balls especially the spike one worked with the nibble bar. I HIGHLY recommend this product if you’re suffering… Best purchase I have made for the money. Those wooden reflexology bars didn’t work for me.
