  The features about this headset i love the most are the design, the swarm app, and the simultaneous pairing between your gaming system and your mobile device.
  
  The volume controls feel way better than the previous generation S700 and the ear muffs are a much better design and can be worn with a hat and glasses comfortably.
  
  The speakers are awesome, 60mm drivers. Quality audio especially with dolby atmos plus the custom EQ settings you can have in the swarm app.
  (note it is a little bass-e but you can turn it down if you’d like)
  
  Now the microphone. No matter what you do it will always be crackly, too loud or too quiet. This microphone was built with “AI noise cancelling” and it makes it awful. There’s probably no fix for it in the future and is probably one of their main selling points of this headset. I haven’t seen any complaints that really matter about this headset other than the mic.
  You do have EQ settings and sensitivity and what not for the microphone in the swarm app, so i advise you take some time and tune it to fall in line with your voice.
