  I use these to make date balls and also to process vegetables for soups. This processor holds a lot and has enough power to process dates, which used to overheat my old cheap food processor. This is a worth while investment. It’s so quick to blend that it takes longer to clean than to use….and it really doesn’t take that long to clean.
