    I have ground a lot of meat with this, made and some haggis. It doesn't struggle at all with regular meat, but it will struggle with lung and with fascia. Good heavy stainless steel.

    Great value for an attachment, and with the KitchenAid motor it keeps going with no problem. Great for home use, but the motor does get kind of hot after about an hour or two.
