  I've been using these for awhile now. Not so much during periods as mine are fairly light but when I'm sick every sneeze or cough causes my bladder to empty. It's very frustrating so finding a product like this was a godsend. They are very comfortable and have a similar feel to underwear. I haven't worn them with regular clothes - mostly just leggings and pj pants but they are great for lounging and sleeping. I sleep better knowing that I won't be wetting the bed at 45. They are very good value and come out to about $1 each. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
