  I knew some of Oppenheimer’s history, but not the persecution he had to endure from his associations with distant past friends and loved ones. Despite his brilliance in the creation the atom/nuclear bomb, he was hounded mercilessly for those past associations. It angered me to watch the senseless cruelty of his accusers. It’s a very educational movie on many levels. Eye opening in a way I never expected. The acting was realistic and the actors, from Cillian Murphy to Matt Damon were the perfect actors to make Oppenheimer an Oscar winning and realistic historical movie. Excellent doesn’t say enough.
