  On the packaging the recommended dose is 5 capsules twice a day and the bottle has 60 in total. So its basically just 6 doses in a bottle. Far better to take it in a powder supplement unless you're looking specifically to just have a much smaller dose per day.
  
  Otherwise it seems fine and has a good smell for some reason.
  
  Expiry date is in 2028, well in the future (ordered mid 2025).
