  I bought this 6 months ago. It works better than any other brand I've had. I'm honestly terrified of it, and so are my animals. I've been shocked by it a few times and it puts me on my rear, confused, asking for mommy.
  
  I mounted it indoors to avoid water damage as many other reviews said they weren't great in the weather. Seems sturdy so far.
