  It’s exactly what you pay for. It’s a simple steam mop. Add water, plug in, turn in steam and clean the floor. It does what it’s supposed to do. I was disappointed they didn’t add 2 cloths to clean but for the price I guess it’s ok. I wish it was ok to add soap to make it smell better since the water alone doesn’t make anything smell but it isn’t the purpose of steaming the floor. My floor is relatively dark so at first I thought it was working but it definitely works, the floors get wet and et pretty fast, I do add a tiny drop of floor soap on the FLOOR not in the water and it definitely cleans amazing. Water tank is a bit annoying to add and remove water from but it’s a great purchase for the price.
