  Used in a N Scale train layout to prevent digital counter from counting each car as a lap. I have it set to a 21.5 second delay. easily adjustable. powered with a laptop adaptor (19v). there is signs of some overheating on the board. can't remember if it was there before i powered it up, so can speak of quality control. does not affect unit operation, so not important i guess?
