  This item was cheap but for Turtle Beach, I would assume better quality. This item clearly had no quality control, or function test before It left the manufacturer. Head set could be used only to hear with as the microphone did not work at all. Clearly trash and a waste of $50 , as my intended purpose was to use this for its complete description.
