  Both of my controllers work well on my PS3.
  I'd recommend it as a much-cheaper alternative to the original PS3 controllers.
  This particular one has the proper dead-zone so the analog controls are the expected responsiveness. (common problem with the cheaper alternatives),
  though it is slightly worse when compared with a real original PS3 controller.
  
  When it gets purchased also influences the quality of the controllers.
  I purchased one before during the winter (cold weather) and it arrived with sticks that get stuck.
  This purchase in contrast, was made during the summer (hot weather), and there were no problems with the controllers.
  
  I also found that one of the controllers appeared to stop working nor be able to charge, and I was about to return it.
  But fortunately that's an easy fix by holding down the reset button in the back of the controller, as also mentioned in the product details.
