  I had previously been advised of a engine warning light code on my car.
  I wanted to be able to remove code it it recurred - without having to go to mechanic or disconnect battery.
  i bought this scanner because of other positive reviews, good price and no need to have a paid subscription service to utilise the instrument. Very quick delivery by courier, clear instructions ( read carefully because they contain a very nice surprise gift as well ) and looks well made. I got to use the scanner. Confirmed the code I had previously had and cleared it very easily.
  I then emailed to service to claim my gift. Response within 24 hours.
  So far so good. Great service.
