  I was recommended to find a multivitamin with a good selection of B vitamins by my ophthalmologist due to having glaucoma and this one is as good as any I could find. Also it’s fairly easy to swallow with a selection of juices etc since the coating doesn’t dissolve too quickly. Good value from a reputable brand.
