  I love this little tool for dusting the tops of my sourdough and the bannetons. Totally unnecessary, but a joy to use and it just sprinkles better than you can by hand. It's so simple to fill and use. I'd 100000% encourage anyone who makes sourdough on a regular basis to treat themselves to this little "toy". Also great for powdered sugar dusting.
