    The product quality is excellent, and it performs well, as many other reviewers have said. However. I do have one major complaint though. Honeycomb Aeronautical Custom Support is the worst I have ever experience. Four months ago I somehow lost the trim button on the upper right hand side of the yoke. This no fault of Honeycomb though. It must have popped off and somehow got lost. I contacted Honeycomb over 4 months ago requesting a replacement. This little plastic button must cost like 5 cents. I submitted a support ticket which was acknowledged right away, but nothing happened for over a month. I tried contacting them through Twitter Direct Message and Facebook. I eventually got a response, saying sorry for the delay we will get back to you. No response for months, Then I got an email from someone i California who said he would get it shipped the next week. He askrd for my address and I provided it. I got a notice that the order had been submitted (no cost) and then that it. No delivery, no word from them.

    I just don't understand how their support can be this bad.

    UPDATE: I finally received the replacement parts in mid December 2022.
