  Social media influencers got me with this one. Very disappointed with the product. It does not pick up pet hair unless you want to walk around bent over with the handheld vacuum, which is probably the only useful part. I've cleaned out the dirty water container the way the instructions state, but after several uses, the dirty smell will not go away. I've tried everything, but now anytime I use the product my condo ends up smelling like dirty water, so I'm back to using a mop and bucket. Not worth the price, and wish I had returned instead of giving it a chance.
