  I got this for my senior citizen father. He needs the nutrition to keep a healthy immune system. This drink also gives him some energy. It tastes like a milkshake that someone has thrown some calcium supplements into. He likes to drink them. I would recommend this to anyone who is recovering from an illness, is elderly or is in a rush and has no time to eat.
