  Struggling to get this rehydrated. The company was even kind enough to send a second set of grains-- even this set did not work. The grains just disappeared I have no idea why, and the milk was runny not thick- mind boggled. I have rehydrated kefir milk grains before in the past, because I was travelling I stopped. My regret was I did not dry my own. I am still without grains as the second set did not rehydrate either. I just called it quits, I was wasting too much milk -- will have to buy Kefir in the store :(
