  The glue on these actually sticks well, but not too much to stay behind when removed. They protect the blister even if you continue walking with the same shoes, they really do help heal faster, in my case. They stick for a few days even in the shower. The shape of these is perfect for heels, they're big enough to cover the region and to stay in place. I always have some in my phone, just in case. (I walk a lot)
