Surprisingly, even family members with lactose intolerance can tolerate these products due to its minimal levels of lactose. I especially like the fact that 鶹 sells these products in many varieties, in six to a pack - cases of four and at a great price. Also, the expiry dates on the ones I started buying from 鶹 have a far later (better) expiry date than ones I've purchased elsewhere, which means I can stock up. They also make perfectly thoughtful and practical gifts. Their biggest benefit, however, are on the days when preparing nutritious meals are not an option for me. All the ingredients and nutrients, as in vitamins and minerals, etc., may not be perfect, or in their ideal quantities, but these Boost products sure do beat skipping meals.
