  This machine does cost a lot but it is worth it. The food tastes so good. easy to use , especially if you have never used a pressure cooker. This function is so easy sear your meat on the sear function , then leaving the meat in the pot go straight for the pressure cook function, 1 pot start to finish . I'v had one for many years, and use it all the time , when it died recently I ordered another one exactly the same one .
  Highly recommend , read the instruction book and cook book to help you.
