  I like everything about it. It's sturdy, was easy to install and can move up, down, tilt, even pivot side to side if you need. I find I actually like to let it rest on my legs while I work at my computer. It's taken a lot of strain off my shoulders as my keyboard used to sit on my desk and I would have to reach forward to access it.
