  The Magnet is weak but I can just add a hard drive magnet to it and make it stronger for nothing. It picks up crushed cans pretty easily I even picked up an empty 12 pack of coke it grips very well I was even able to pick up a tube of chapstick. I wish it had its own way to lock when folded and they shipped it unfolded waste of cardboard.
  Over all this was the cheapest one and it works great.
