  Does not hook up tp my android S7 edge. Spent about 2 hrs trying. It synced immediately with both my ipads. One of them is an old ipad 2. Very well made. Picture quality is awesome. Can hide/show the back up guide lines. Magnets are STRONG. Really strong. Use on back of truck when reversing to hook trailer. Also use on trailer when backing up. No WIFI needed. It is wireless.... Can use anywhere, like remote camp sites. Remember to take it off the bumper after use :)
