  I wanted this unit for indoors this unit is very quiet when it zaps compared to our Aspectek one that we have had for 2 years indoors. The neighbours could hear our Aspectek zap 100' away when we put it outside one night on the patio. It was like a gunshot but it kills a lot of bugs and small gnats in the house especially during the night when all the lights are out. This new Bug Zapper is a lot quieter and it seems to be working Ok so far. It is small and the bottom bug container to empty it does not come off easily but maybe with usage or a little lubricant it will twist off easier.
