  Phone I received was not unlocked. Is still connected to AT&T. After a day of troubleshooting my unlock request, AT&T tells me they can’t unlock it without the phone number it used to be connected to. I have not yet connected a number to it, so this is an issue from the seller’s side. Very disappointing. Can’t use it now.
