- Reviewed in Canada on February 24, 2025Even checking the compatibility of the seat and measuring it, the seat should work. Fast delivery. Anticipating installing to be straight forward in reading the reviews it had. Took off old seat however the nut plug supplied were too big to fit on our toilet. We had work around in not using the plug to go through the seat and only the nut going through, using the end of plug as bolt to hold screw in place.
The T hose connector supplied was also too big to fit onto our original hose / shut off. We had to connect the T connector to the cistern point instead.
Whilst it was easy to verify the seat fit compatibility the attachment components are not so easy to ensure true fit. Even though the seat itself is quite universal. You might have to get creative and stray from the instructions to get it to work.
