  I purchased this item in 2023 but did not use it that often. As you see on any air fryer instructions that you shake the basket. Be warned just recently we shook the basket and the handle came off and throwing the food all over the room and on my husband. This could have been a serious accident. I bought one for my son for this Christmas past and just called him not to use it any more!!!
