  These work with a simple “Positive/Negative” concept. The tests are easy to use - just urinate into a small cup (I had little medicine ones, but you don’t need a large sample to test), take the cap off the test strip, and put the strip into the liquid up to the line for just a second. After that, just wait 5 minutes and you’ll have a result. Now what I found odd was that it seems to work the opposite of tests I’ve used before., The single line is a presumed positive and the two lines shows a negative. Of course it’s best to do multiple tests to ensure accuracy, but I found that it picked up a small amount in the body. Based on the results you have guidance as to what you’ll need to do, since it’s just a positive/negative test. But it certainly helps direct you towards what you may have to address!
