  Although pricey, I really do love this mat. Our play area is just off the kitchen and it's nice to have a mat that matches the colour scheme of the house when all the toys are put away. It's not as soft or has memory foam like other brands, but that's because it's thick and durable. It's exactly what I expected. And it's really fun that you can make a pattern of your choosing (which sample ideas provided) so that it doesn't look like all the other standard square play mats. We're considering getting a second one to cover the entire room.
